No one knows where the phrase “happy camper” originated but usually it’s used as NOT a happy camper. Home-Tech’ Service Agreement customers write us every day though, and usually are quite “happy campers”. And why wouldn’t they be? We had wonderful service last evening on our freezer. The technician was Steve. He is very good at what he does, very professional, very friendly and was a pleasure to have to come in to repair something. And he did a very very good job. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He was exceedingly good.He had to order a part but he got our freezer working better than it was working. As soon as the part comes in it will be replaced. We were extremely pleased with Steve and he’s wonderful representative of your company. He came at 8 pm. Thank you very much. Your service is wonderful.
