Tax Day — it’s here — and if you owe the government money, April 15th is the most unfestive day of the year. NO one enjoys writing out that check to the Internal Revenue Service. In fact, there are reports of taxpayers slathering their checks with mustard before putting it in the envelope (the IRS just wipes it off). Folks have also been known to pay their tax bills in pennies or tightly rolled up dollar bills – which hardly seems worth the effort – alas, you still have to pay, it just takes longer. Unfortunately, there’s no silver lining – unless you consider not getting in trouble with the government or ending up in debtor’s prison a silver lining.
Wait – if you owe, here’s some news that might make you feel better – your tax bill probably isn’t as high as President Obama’s. He had to pay $94,000 in taxes for 2014. See? It could be worse…
Writing a Check for Peace of Mind
Also good news? Once you write out that annoying check, you’re done for the year. On the other hand though, you’ve got nothing to show for it, except for a few new frown lines on your forehead. But, you can smooth out those lines with a lot less worry and a much better investment by writing a yearly check to Home-Tech for a Gold or Silver Service Agreement that keeps your air conditioning repair and appliance repair cost in control all year and your stress level down.
Home-Tech Service Agreements Never Lose Their Sparkle
Unlike your relationship with the government, Home-Tech is here when you need us. We’re talking unlimited service calls on air conditioning repair and appliance repair, even on holidays, with no charge (Gold Agreement), complete parts and labor charges covered with both agreements, as well an annual air-conditioning clean and check – and this is the time of year for it. Seriously, after writing that check to the IRS, you’ll need some nice cool AC (and possibly a stiff cocktail). So write a check with a return on your investment, one that brings peace of mind, not stress for a Gold or Silver Service Agreement.
