Most of us have horror stories with home service companies. I know I certainly have, so when I was introduced to Home-Tech by a friend, I had no idea how their quality service would affect me. My air conditioning had died after just 8 short years. The previous company did a terrible job with the system, so much so, it never worked right. After two other estimates I met with Home-Tech sales technician Ryan Rambo. He did not try to “sell” me. He just showed me options with no pressure. Wow, a first in the service industry!
Went the Extra Mile
He explained and answered all my questions, worked to get the earliest install date possible and then went the extra mile to bring me a portable room A/C unit so that I could sleep and work comfortably throug the Florida heat. That was important since I work from my home. That was just the beginning to my experience with Home-Tech. The installer Jake R and his team were professional, took pride in their work, took time to show me and explain the finished product and did the job right the first time, replacing the wrong size duct work. The clean up after the job was so good that I asked if they also cleaned houses, as I would have hired them.
The ONLY Service Company I Need
I purchased their Home Service Agreement and now am prepared to have Home-Tech as the ONLY service company I need. Skip the horror story and hire a company who gets it right the first time. I highly recommend you talk to Ryan Rambo and ask for Jake and his fine team to install your A/C system. Every day I wake up to peace of mind knowing that the job will be done right and Home-Tech will be here when I need them.
